Vista AST LLC’s origins date back to 2009 with its development of its INVENTOR CLOUD Program with contracts from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to support a goal to put 3D printers, digital prototyping, and curriculum into schools nationwide. INVENTOR CLOUD provides standards-based, design thinking curriculum and authentic projects that are integrated with design software and Maker Space equipment such as 3D printers, laser cutters/engravers and vinyl printers/cutters and emphasize skills of communication, critical thinking, creativity and problem solving. Vista builds unique Maker Spaces in schools and colleges. Vista developed and manufactures the INVENT3D printer exclusively for educational use. Vista is partnered with Palmer Hamilton, a leader in K-12 cafeteria systems and Maker Space facilities, which allows for growth and expansion of our programs and initiatives.
